Moved here about a year ago, and the staff (Hannah) was great about transferring my prescription. I've ended up traveling more than expected, and they have been great about shipping my medication wherever I am. Great Job!

Such a great place! Imagine not having to wait for your veterinary prescriptions to be compounded and shipped. Just have your vet call in the Rx and you pick it up! Small local business with an extra large heart ❤️. Highly recommend.

Buck, and crew are the VERY BEST. Hands down, the best pharmacy in the area. They make you feel welcome and at home. If you're smart, you'd choose them for all of your pharmacy and compounding needs.

Ever since moving to Wilmington NC Coastal Pharmacy & Compounding has been my go to pharmacy. If you want that small hometown feel this is the place to go. Buck Martin, PharmD/Owner is very helpful when I have questions about my medications, his staff is highly knowledgeable and if they don’t have the answers they will find it and call me back. Works very well with my Doctor and staying on top of my refills. I love ❤️ they have a good drive-thru! I take quite a few medications where they set up pill packs for me each month so I don’t have miscellaneous bottles setting around. Go check them out and their prices are just as good as everyone else’s prices & at times cheaper!

Coastal Pharmacy has what the 'big box' pharmacies don't: quick refills, really friendly and smart folks, and Buck (the owner) is a font of knowledge.No long lines! I get all of my inoculations at Coastal. I trust an independent pharmacy to take care of me and that's why they are so successful.

I get medications compounded regularly from Coastal, for both myself and my cats, and it’s always a positive experience. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with is always friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t consider using any other compounding pharmacy. I highly recommend Coastal!
